Wesley Young is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser. Wes has been employed with Nordic Appraisal since 2000, when he began working in the real estate appraisal industry, and has been an owner since 2003. He also has related employment experience with a large construction firm in the Brainerd Lakes Area, giving him knowledge of the entire construction process, from start to finish. Wes has experience in valuing all types of commercial and residential real estate, and has an intimate knowledge of Brainerd Lakes Area property values and trends.

William Campbell is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser, and has been an owner of Nordic Appraisal since its inception in 1995. Bill has been active in the real estate appraisal industry since the early 1980's, giving him a vast depth of knowledge with regard to the valuation of all types of real estate. Bill is primarily located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, where he is the owner of the appraisal firm William K. Campbell & Associates, Inc. Although he is not in the Brainerd office on a daily basis, he is always available with his expertise and knowledge, which is a tremendous asset to Nordic Appraisal. In addition to his experience in real estate valuation, Bill has served and testified as an expert witness in matters regarding real estate valuation in various counties surrounding the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, and has served as commissioner for Hennepin County.

Chris Scholl is a Registered Real Property Appraiser, and has been employed with Nordic Appraisal since 2004, when she began working in the real estate appraisal industry.
